– Parking: Limited street meter parking is available in front of the building on Chester Ave. For our clients’ convenience, there is a parking lot in the rear of the building.

– COVID-19: As of 2022, Salon at Marc Stephens continues to sanitize surfaces and run air purifiers throughout the salon premises for the health of our clients. We do not currently have an enforced mask policy.

– Cancellation policy:  We appreciate a 24-hour notice in event your appointment has to be cancelled or rescheduled.

– Lateness: Please try to arrive on-time to ensure your full service. We understand things happen and, while we will try our best to accommodate you, please contact the salon in case your appointment has to be rescheduled.

– Return Policy: We at Salon at Marc Stephens do not issue refunds on salon services, however, if you should have any questions or concerns about the service you received, please notify us within 3 days of that service. If you are not satisfied with the results of the service performed; we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually seen and consult with the stylist who originally performed the services. At that time, she/he will make every effort to correct the issue. Adjustments will be at no cost ONLY within the 2 weeks of the initial service. (charges may be applied depending on consultation for additional services not requested at the time of initial service).        All cleansing and conditioning products are final sale. Stylist products are exchangeable only within 1 week of purchase.
